Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern your use of Wonderline, including the Wonderline mobile apps, websites, subscriptions, SMS features, family profiles, support channels, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, enabling texting, or otherwise using Wonderline, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a Wonderline parent account. The adult account holder is responsible for all child profiles, helper invitations, phone numbers, purchases, and activity associated with the account.

Our service

Wonderline provides family-focused AI conversation experiences, seasonal characters, child profile management, subscription features, and optional SMS and helper tools. Features may change over time as we improve safety, performance, compliance, or product design.

We may add, remove, suspend, or limit features at any time, including to investigate abuse, address safety concerns, comply with legal obligations, respond to platform requirements, or protect the integrity of the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and restricting access to devices and accounts you use with Wonderline. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own failure to protect the service.

If you believe your account has been compromised, someone is accessing a child profile without permission, or a helper has been invited in error, contact us promptly at info@wonderlineapp.com.

Children and family information

Wonderline is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You represent that you have the authority to provide information about each child or family member included in your account and to enable related messaging or helper access for them.

Child-related or household information may be provided not only through profile fields, but also through what you type into chats, prompts, support requests, onboarding responses, SMS setup flows, helper invitations, and other free-text fields in Wonderline. You are responsible for the information you submit in those places, whether or not you intended it to function as profile information.

You agree to provide only the information reasonably necessary for the family experience you want to use. Please avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information about a child in chats or other open-text fields. You must not submit information you do not have the right to share, and you must supervise children's use of the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Wonderline to break the law, interfere with service operations, bypass safety systems, probe or scrape private systems, harass or impersonate others, abuse messaging channels, submit malicious code, or use the service in a way that creates safety or fraud risk.

You also may not use Wonderline to upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates another person's privacy, or could place a child or other person at risk. We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts when appropriate.

AI-generated content

Wonderline includes AI-generated responses and family-oriented character interactions. AI output may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate despite our efforts to design and moderate the experience responsibly.

Wonderline is not a substitute for parenting judgment, medical advice, mental health advice, legal advice, or emergency services. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising use and deciding what is appropriate for their household.

SMS features

If you enable SMS features, you agree that Wonderline may send conversational and account-related text messages to the phone numbers you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

You are responsible for ensuring that each phone number you submit belongs to a person who has agreed to receive the relevant messages or that you otherwise have authority to enroll that number. Consent to receive texts is not required as a condition of purchasing a subscription.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some Wonderline features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing interval, included features, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Unless otherwise disclosed, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by that storefront under its rules. If you subscribe on the web, billing may be handled through Stripe and subscription management may be available through our customer billing portal.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription price, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed charges. If a payment fails, we may retry billing, downgrade access, or suspend paid features until payment is resolved.

You must cancel before renewal if you do not want the next subscription term charged. Any promotional, trial, introductory, or discounted pricing may convert to the standard recurring price if not canceled before the renewal date.

Deletion and termination

You may request account deletion from the in-app delete-account flow or by contacting support. Submitting a deletion request does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions, so you may need to cancel App Store, Google Play, or Stripe billing separately.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, or harms the service or other users. We may preserve limited information where required for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, tax, security, audit, or legal compliance.

Intellectual property and license

Wonderline, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, characters, and related content, is owned by WonderNook Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial family use. This license does not permit resale, scraping, derivative commercial use, reverse engineering except where prohibited by law, or removal of proprietary notices.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderline is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that all output will be accurate or suitable for your needs, or that every issue will be corrected immediately.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderNook Studios LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Wonderline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WonderNook Studios LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent consumer protection law in your home jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Wonderline will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires a different forum. You and WonderNook Studios LLC consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of Wonderline after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
